Das Leben, ein Fest

Wir gehen langsam in den Frühling hinein. Es ist zwar oft noch knackig kalt, aber es ist schon erkennbar, dass die Winterstarre langsam abfällt.

In der Vorbereitung für diesen Kurs und jetzt neu auch für den Blog habe ich mir natürlich Gedanken gemacht: Welches Thema möchte ich mit euch teilen? Da ist mir ein Gedicht eingefallen, was ich vor vielen Jahren schon mal mit euch besprochen habe. Mit diesem Gedicht möchte ich gerne das Thema Leichtigkeit in den Vordergrund stellen.
Es ist ein Gedicht von Rilke. Einige werden es sicherlich kennen oder sich erinnern.
Ich möchte mich zunächst hauptsächlich mit der ersten Strophe beschäftigen und euch dazu meine Gedanken dann nach und nach weiter auch in den nächsten Stunden, in den nächsten Texten mitteilen.

„Du musst das Leben nicht verstehen.
Dann wird es werden wie ein Fest
und lass dir jeden Tag geschehen. So wie ein Kind im Weitergehen von jedem wehen
sich viele Blüten schenken lässt.“

Was spricht mich an an diesem Text? Zunächst einmal sind es die ersten beiden Zeilen.

„Du musst das Leben nicht verstehen“

Ich kann also meinen Kopf mal ausschalten.
Ich muss nicht versuchen, es zu durchdenken, was hier alles gerade geschieht.
Ich muss nicht ständig analysieren und planen und nach vorne schauen, zurückschauen, einordnen. Wenn ich diese Versuche des Verstehenwollens zur Seite stelle:

„dann kann es werden wie ein Fest“.

Ein Fest voller Leichtigkeit.
Ein Fest mit Freude,
mit Lachen, mit Tanzen, vielleicht mit Licht und netten Leuten….

Wie kann mir das gelingen, dieses verstehen wollen zurückzustellen?
Wie kann mir das gelingen, diese Leichtigkeit zu finden, mich auf dieses Fest des Lebens einzustimmen?

Manchmal geschieht um uns herum, in direkter Nähe oder auch weiter weg so vieles, was wir überhaupt nicht verstehen können und wollen.
Kann es da helfen, immer wieder in die Gegenwärtigkeit zu kommen? Dass es das Sein hier in diesem Augenblick, in diesem Moment ist, was uns die Möglichkeit gibt, das Leben wie ein Fest werden zu lassen?
Geht es darum, jeden Moment zu genießen, soweit es möglich ist, jeden Moment mit Freude zu erfüllen, mit Leichtigkeit?

Ich bin überzeugt davon, dass wir Stabilität dafür brauchen, dass wir Kraft dafür brauchen, dass diese Leichtigkeit sich nicht durch ein fahriges „egal wie“ einstellt- Hauptsache ich bin im Moment.
Es geht auch um das Üben dieser Stabilität, damit wir die Leichtigkeit finden können.
